1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eng.bd (the “Service”), including booking a free subdomain, using the AI website assistant, or any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

eng.bd is operated by Engr. Samim Sarkar (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Service provides free subdomains under eng.bd (e.g., yourname.eng.bd) and, upon approval, 1 year of free AI-powered website building assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service. You confirm that all information you provide (NID, name, date of birth, email, phone, etc.) is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.

4. Subdomain Booking & Usage

Subdomains are provided free of charge and remain free as long as they follow these Terms.  

You may not use the subdomain for illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware, adult content, hate speech, or any activity that violates Bangladeshi law or these Terms.  

We reserve the right to suspend, reclaim, or delete any subdomain at any time without prior notice if it violates these rules or is inactive for a long period (usually >12 months).  

Subdomains are non-transferable without our written permission.

5. AI Website Assistant

The 1-year free AI assistant is provided as-is and may be discontinued or changed at any time.  

We do not guarantee any specific features, uptime, or results from the AI tool.  

You are responsible for all content generated or published using the AI assistant.

6. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the Service.

You agree not to:

Upload infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material  

Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)  

Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the Service  

Use automated scripts/bots to abuse the booking system

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of any paid upgrade you may have purchased (currently zero, as the core service is free).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your subdomain) at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী

১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

eng.bd (যাকে “পরিষেবা” বলা হয়েছে) ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে (সাবডোমেইন বুক করা, AI ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট ব্যবহার করা ইত্যাদি) আপনি এই পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী (“শর্তাবলী”) মেনে নিচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি মেনে না নেন, তাহলে পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. আমরা কে

eng.bd পরিচালনা করেন Engr. Samim Sarkar (যাকে “প্রদানকারী”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের” বলা হয়েছে)। এই পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে আপনি ফ্রি সাবডোমেইন পান (যেমন: yourname.eng.bd) এবং অনুমোদন পেলে ১ বছরের ফ্রি AI ওয়েবসাইট তৈরির সহায়তা পান।

৩. যোগ্যতা

আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা অভিভাবকের সম্মতি থাকতে হবে। আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে NID, নাম, জন্ম তারিখ, ইমেইল, ফোন ইত্যাদি সব তথ্য সঠিক ও আপনার নিজের।

৪. সাবডোমেইন বুকিং ও ব্যবহার

সাবডোমেইন সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি এবং এই শর্ত মেনে চললে চিরকাল ফ্রি থাকবে।  

অবৈধ কাজ, স্প্যাম, ফিশিং, ম্যালওয়্যার, অশ্লীল কনটেন্ট, ঘৃণামূলক বক্তব্য বা বাংলাদেশের আইন লঙ্ঘনকারী কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।  

আমরা যেকোনো সময় কোনো কারণ ছাড়াই সাবডোমেইন সাসপেন্ড, ফিরিয়ে নিতে বা মুছে দিতে পারি (বিশেষ করে দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহার না করলে, সাধারণত >১২ মাস)।  

অনুমতি ছাড়া সাবডোমেইন অন্য কাউকে হস্তান্তর করা যাবে না।

৫. AI ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট

১ বছরের ফ্রি AI সহায়তা “যেমন আছে” দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে।  

AI থেকে কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফল বা সুবিধার গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া হয় না।  

AI দিয়ে তৈরি বা প্রকাশিত সব কনটেন্টের দায়িত্ব আপনার।

৬. ইউজার কনটেন্ট ও দায়িত্ব

আপনি যে কনটেন্ট আপলোড বা তৈরি করেন তার মালিকানা আপনারই থাকে। পরিষেবা চালানোর জন্য আমাদের কাছে সীমিত লাইসেন্স দিচ্ছেন।

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে:

কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন, মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল বা ক্ষতিকর কনটেন্ট আপলোড করবেন না  

অন্যের অধিকার (কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক, গোপনীয়তা) লঙ্ঘন করবেন না  

হ্যাকিং, সার্ভার ওভারলোড বা অটোমেটেড স্ক্রিপ্ট দিয়ে অপব্যবহার করবেন না

৭. কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই / দায় সীমিত

পরিষেবা “যেমন আছে” ও “যেমন পাওয়া যায়” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়েছে — কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। পরিষেবা ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায়িত্ব কোনো পেইড আপগ্রেডের মূল্যের সমান (বর্তমানে শূন্য, কারণ মূল সার্ভিস ফ্রি)।

৮. সমাপ্তি

যেকোনো সময়, কোনো কারণ দেখিয়ে বা না দেখিয়ে, আমরা আপনার অ্যাক্সেস (সাবডোমেইনসহ) বন্ধ বা সমাপ্ত করতে পারি।

৯. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন

যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনের পরও পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করলে নতুন শর্ত মেনে নেওয়া হবে।

১০. আইন ও বিবাদ নিষ্পত্তি

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। যেকোনো বিবাদ শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
